Missing Contact Data

If you are experiencing issues with BA and your contact data or other items are not displaying please follow these instructions:


  1. Please close out of BA and clear your browser data by deleting cache and cookies.
  2. If you are using chrome click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your browser.
  3. Then click on Delete browsing data.
  4. Check the boxes for "cookies and other site data" and "cached images and files" and click delete data.

Once this is done you can log back into Better Agency and the contact data should be showing again.
