How to Sync your Email in Better Agency

Here are the steps you will need to follow to successfully sync your email with Better Agency. Please watch this quick video or skip to the written steps below.

If you are connecting a gmail account you will need to follow the steps in this help article: https://better-agency.helpscoutdocs.com/article/18-syncing-you-gmail-account before proceeding with the instructions below.

1. Log into your Better Agency Account
2. Click on the dropdown by your name in the upper right hand corner and select "Edit Profile"
3. On the Edit Profile page, you will want to click on the tab that says "Email Integration"
4. Click on "Connect"
5. Choose your Email Provider from the list of options. If you do not see your provider in the list, there is an option for IMAP.
6. Follow the prompts to log into your email account
7. Click on "allow/continue" This will refresh your page and take you back to the email integration tab.

Your email will now say "connected" and you are all set!
